Title: Cheesecake Tarts

Yield: 18 Tarts

2pk8-oz. cream cheese; softened
3/4cSugar
2 Eggs
1tsVanilla
1tbLemon juice
  Vanilla wafers
  Cherry pie filling

Cream the cream cheese and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla, and lemon juice and blend. Put vanilla wafers in paperlined cupcake or muffin tins. Pour cream cheese filling into tins. Bake at 375~ for 15 mins. When cool, top with cherry pie filling. Makes 18 to 20 tarts.
